Harry Styles ticket art sparks backlash days before 9/11 anniversary
Commemorative tickets for his September 9 Madison Square Garden show depicted a vehicle flying over the Empire State Building, and fans asked who approved it.

The design that raised eyebrows
Fans at Harry Styles's September 9 concert at Madison Square Garden received commemorative tickets whose artwork showed a yellow vehicle flying over the Empire State Building, Metro reports.
The show fell two days before the 25th anniversary of the September 11 attacks, in which almost 3,000 people were killed when hijackers flew planes into the World Trade Center.
After images of the tickets began circulating on social media, fans questioned the timing of the design during the anniversary week.
What fans said
One fan branded the ticket choice 'insane' and 'not a good idea', while another asked why the image was used 'on the week of 9/11', according to Metro.
'I fear they did not read the room w this specific design', one wrote, and another argued the singer 'should've known better'.
Some came to the singer's defence and called the artwork 'beautiful' despite the unfortunate connection. Styles's team had not commented at the time of writing.
The residency and what comes next
The 32-year-old is currently playing a 30-date residency at Madison Square Garden as part of his Together, Together tour, which wraps up on October 31.
The run follows his fourth solo album, Kiss All the Time. Disco, Occasionally, released in March, with stadium dates already played in Amsterdam, London, Sao Paulo and Mexico City and shows in Australia to come in December.
This week he confirmed a 2027 run of final shows for the tour, naming Phoenix, Dallas, Los Angeles, Toronto, Atlanta, Chicago, Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Rome, Dublin and London among the added cities.
