Scope of Work

* Design and review comprehensive fitness and wellness programs tailored to diverse needs and goals.

* Provide detailed written and verbal feedback on fitness-related scenarios, concepts, and instructional content.

* Evaluate health and safety protocols within exercise routines and contribute recommendations for best practices.

* Develop motivational strategies and communication techniques for various client profiles.

* Assess exercise instruction quality and program design effectiveness, offering domain-specific insights.

* Document findings and recommendations with clarity to inform AI model development.

* Collaborate with other experts to ensure the accuracy and relevance of training materials.

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of demonstrated experience as a certified Personal Trainer.

* Up-to-date certification from a recognized fitness authority (e.g., NASM, ACE, ACSM).

* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail.

* Proven track record in program design, motivation, and safe exercise instruction.

* Strong commitment to reliability, consistency, and delivering high-quality input on assignments.

* Familiarity with a range of populations and training environments.

* Previous experience contributing to educational content or training materials (a plus).
