What this is

SALTO is the Erasmus+ network's calendar: training courses on youth work, project management, inclusion and digital education across Europe. A Youthpass is issued at the end, a document recognised across the European sector.

Georgia appears directly among the eligible countries. This is not an online course: each training has its own application and deadline, and the competition is real.

Who it is for

Youth workers, NGO staff and volunteers who want into the European network.

How to get it

  1. 1Open SALTO / Erasmus+ and create a free account. No card is asked for at any point.
  2. 2Work through the material, ~40 h in total. It is self-paced, so the time is yours to spread.
  3. 3Complete every module. The document is issued on completion, not on an exam result.
  4. 4Download the certificate as a PDF and keep the verification link, which is what an employer actually checks.

From Georgia

Georgia is an eligible country. Applying is free and the host organisation covers the costs.

What to watch for

This is not a course: it requires an application, selection and travel.

Where this helps

Live remote vacancies in the same direction. You apply on the employer's own site; the board itself is written in Georgian.
