The HELP programme is aimed mainly at lawyers: the European Convention, fair trial, non-discrimination, children's rights. The LEMON course, by contrast, is written for a general audience and needs no legal background.

The Statement of Accomplishment is issued free and the platform has a Georgian interface, which is rare in this directory. In Georgia's legal sector the Council of Europe's name is well recognised.
