Donator.Ge is owned and operated by FinTech Caucasus. Donator is a streaming platform that lets viewers instantly support streamers with card-paid donations. The platform is not a bank and does not offer investment services.

A card-paid donation is credited to the platform and reflected as the streamer's platform balance in Georgian lari (GEL). Funds are never sent to the donor or streamer personally at the moment of payment. A platform service fee may be deducted according to the streamer's applicable fee rate. Streamers can withdraw their accrued balance to their own TBC Bank or Bank of Georgia account. During this process, the platform temporarily holds the funds on the streamer's behalf until the withdrawal completes.

The donor picks a base amount, and that is the amount shown on the streamer's broadcast. A donor service fee of 7% is added on top of it, and the total is what the card is charged. A separate service fee of 3% is deducted from the same base amount on the streamer's side. All amounts are shown in Georgian lari (GEL).

• —Donor service fee: 7%. Added to the amount selected and covering payment processing costs.
• —Streamer service fee: 3%. Deducted from the same base amount.
• —Example: a 20 ₾ donation. The card is charged 21.40 ₾ and the streamer is credited 19.40 ₾.
• —Minimum donation: 3 ₾. Payments below this amount are not possible.

The same rates apply to monthly memberships, and the exact amount to be charged is shown in the payment form before you confirm. If rates change, the new terms will be published on this page before they take effect.

Only digital services are sold on the platform. No physical goods are sold and no courier delivery takes place.

• —Delivery. The service is delivered automatically and instantly once the payment is confirmed. The donation message appears on the streamer's broadcast within seconds. Delivery time is 0.
• —Refunds. Once processed, a donation is final and cannot be refunded, because the service has already been delivered and cannot be reversed.
• —Cancellation. A one-off donation cannot be cancelled after the payment is confirmed. A monthly membership can be cancelled at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and the amount already paid for that period is not returned.
• —Technical failure. If you were charged but the service was not delivered because of a technical fault, contact us within 30 days. Once confirmed, the amount is refunded in full to the same card.

Refund requests go to info@donator.ge. We reply within 5 business days.

Donator collects personal data only to the extent needed to operate the platform, keep it safe and meet legal obligations. Information generated during a stream (donation list, messages) is automatically and permanently deleted when the stream ends.

Alongside that we retain identification material (ID scan and selfie), transaction records, and an activity log covering IP addresses, sign-in and sign-out, broadcasts, donations and withdrawals. This material is kept for 5 years and then destroyed automatically. The full list and the retention periods are set out in the Privacy Policy.

Donator supports original, creative content. All streamers must follow these rules:

• —Copyright. Streaming someone else's content (films, music, games, other streams) without permission is prohibited. Create your own content.
• —Illegal content. Any stream that promotes or contains illegal activity, pirated content, cybercrime, or other violations is strictly prohibited.
• —Harm to others. Content that physically, emotionally, or reputationally harms another person, including harassment, threats, and hate speech, is prohibited.
• —Personal information. Disclosing another person's private data (address, phone number, photo) without their consent is not allowed.
• —Sexual and violent content. Age-inappropriate, sexual, or extremely violent material is strictly prohibited on the platform.

We believe everyone can create original, valuable content. Stealing someone else's work is not streaming. Build your name with your own work.

Age requirement

The platform may only be used by people aged 18 or over, both as streamers and as donors. Users confirm at registration that they are of age. If a user is found to be a minor, the account is blocked and payouts are stopped.

Moderation and response times

The platform does not pre-moderate content. Control is exercised through monitoring and through acting on user reports. Any registered user can report a stream or a profile using the button provided on the platform.

• —Child safety. Handled immediately, ahead of the queue.
• —Live stream in progress. Reviewed within 1 hour of the report.
• —Static content (profile, text, image). Reviewed within 24 hours.

Where a violation is confirmed, measures are applied in this order: warning, overlay disconnection, forced termination of the stream, account suspension, account and IP ban. The platform may suspend payouts while an investigation is open. Three recorded violations within 12 months lead to permanent closure of the account. In case of serious violations the information is passed to law enforcement. Every moderation action is recorded in an internal audit log.

The streamer is fully responsible for the legality and compliance of published content. The platform does not pre-moderate content.

In case of content rule violations, the platform may suspend or disconnect the stream overlay. In the case of serious violations (illegal content, harm to others), information will be passed to the relevant authorities.

The platform is not responsible for outages or delays caused by the card issuer, payment processor, or bank transfer provider, nor for the relationship between the streamer and donor.

The platform reserves the right to change these rules. Changes will be published on this page.
