What this is
eTwinning is a network of teachers running joint international projects. Georgia is an eTwinning Plus country and the national coordinating body is the Teachers' Professional Development Centre.
The National Quality Label requires a real joint project rather than completing a course. That is what separates this row from the others: here the document is earned with work. Validation takes about two weeks.
