What this is
PFA Online teaches what to do in the first hours of a crisis: making contact, ensuring safety, stabilisation, gathering information, practical help and referral. The course is interactive and built on scenarios.
All three parts are free: the course, the certificate and the continuing education credits. It does not expire. In the humanitarian and psychosocial sectors this is one of the strongest free documents that exists.
