What this is
OpenWHO covers epidemiology, infection control, emergency response and public health. The courses are short and issue two kinds of document: a Confirmation of Participation, and a Record of Achievement once the test is passed.
No card and no identity document appear anywhere. The paper does not grant clinical authority, but in the NGO and public health sectors the WHO name is recognised.
