ITX's Compensation Approach Since ITX's inception in 1997, we have followed a principle of equal pay, ensuring fairness and equity for all team members worldwide. At ITX, fair compensation is based on market data, not negotiation skills. You won't find instances where colleagues in the same role with similar experience earn more.

How do our employees experience equal pay at ITX? We collect market data to set benchmarks for each position in the regions of our candidates and team members and use these benchmarks for initial offers and regular pay reviews. You won't need to ask for a raise; at least once a year, ITX adjusts pay when the benchmark exceeds your current compensation.

ITX operates in numerous countries, and we apply the same methodology to determine pay for all our colleagues. For candidates outside the United States, we use local market data to set the benchmark range for roles.
