How we check vacancies
Most of the remote vacancies on international sites are in fact tied to one country. The advert says "remote", and the condition sits inside it: the candidate must hold that country's work permit. An applicant living anywhere else is cut at the first question.
So every advert passes two checks. First the region the platform itself declares, then the text of the vacancy: if it mentions a work permit, visa sponsorship, a citizenship requirement or a condition to live in a particular country, the vacancy does not make the list.
Europe and worldwide
Vacancies carry one of two marks. "From anywhere" means the employer places no restriction at all on where the candidate lives. "From Europe" means the company is looking for a candidate on the European continent. Adverts tied to the EU do not make the list, because that is a work-permit requirement rather than a geographic one.
How to apply
You apply directly to the employer, or on the platform where the vacancy was published. Donator takes no applications, charges no commission and stores no CV. Every page names the source and links straight to the original advert.

Frequently asked questions
Can I work for a company abroad from where I live?
Usually yes. A large share of remote vacancies are contractor arrangements, which means you sign an agreement with the company and do the work from home. In that case you need no work permit for the company's country, because you are not physically working there.
Why are so many remote jobs on international sites not actually open to me?
Because "remote" often means only that you do not have to come to an office, not that the candidate may live anywhere. Many adverts carry a condition buried in the text: local work authorization, no visa sponsorship, or residence in a named country. Those do not make this list.
How do you check that a vacancy is really open to an international applicant?
Every advert passes two independent checks. First the region the platform itself declares, then a scan of the vacancy text for work-permit, visa-sponsorship, citizenship and residency requirements. If either check fails, the vacancy is not published.
What is the difference between the "From anywhere" and "From Europe" marks?
"From anywhere" means the employer places no restriction at all on where the candidate lives. "From Europe" means the company is looking for someone on the European continent, usually for timezone reasons. Adverts tied to the EU are not published, because that is a work-permit requirement rather than a geographic one.
Do I need English?
In practice almost always. The adverts are written in English and you will apply in English. That is exactly why the vacancy text is left in the employer's original language here: if reading the advert is hard, the interview will be too.
How do I get paid?
Remote contractors are usually paid by bank transfer, Wise, Payoneer or whatever platform the employer has chosen. The specifics are always settled with the employer. For your tax obligations ask your own country's tax authority, because what applies depends on your status.
Does this board take applications or a commission?
No. You apply directly to the employer, or on the platform where the vacancy was published. Donator stores no CV, takes no commission and acts as no intermediary. Every page names the source and links straight to the original advert.
How often is the list updated?
Vacancies are re-checked several times a day. An advert that has expired or disappeared from its source is removed automatically, so you do not spend time on a position that is already closed.
