OCI Foundations Associate is Oracle's entry cloud credential: service models, networking, storage, security and pricing. Both the course and the exam live inside MyLearn, so a Pearson VUE test centre and its fee never enter the picture.

The equivalent steps at AWS and Azure are paid, which makes this the cheapest route to a genuine cloud certification on a CV rather than a course completion paper.
