What this is

The exam is 50 questions in 75 minutes with an 80% pass mark. The topics are the event model, conversions, reports, attribution and data streams. Retakes are unlimited.

This is not a course completion paper: the certification is issued under Google's name and is verifiable on a Skillshop profile. In marketing vacancies GA4 is a stated requirement rather than a nice-to-have.

How to get it

  1. 1Open Google Skillshop and create a free account. No card is asked for at any point.
  2. 2Work through the material, ~6 h in total. It is self-paced, so the time is yours to spread.
  3. 3Pass the graded exam. This is the part that is normally paid elsewhere, and it is the reason this row is in the directory.
  4. 4Download the certificate as a PDF and keep the verification link, which is what an employer actually checks.
