Kessler’s Return
Former Utah Jazz center Walker Kessler will face his old team for the first time in his new role with the Los Angeles Lakers on Sunday, October 25, at the Delta Center.
Kessler, who spent four years with the Jazz, will play against his former teammates in his first game back to Salt Lake City since the sign-and-trade deal that sent him to the Lakers earlier this offseason.
Preseason Performance
Kessler has started the season strong, averaging 24.0 points, 8.5 rebounds, 2.0 assists, and 4.0 blocks in his first two games with the Lakers.
The Lakers won their first two games of the season, defeating the LA Clippers and the Golden State Warriors, while the Jazz have a 1-1 record after winning their first game against the New Orleans Pelicans and losing to the Memphis Grizzlies.
Odds and Predictions
Oddsmakers have set the Lakers as favorites against the Jazz, with the Lakers favored to cover the spread and win the game.
Some analysts predict that the total points scored in the game will be under 237.5, suggesting that the game could be a defensive battle.
