Position Overview

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Data Entry Specialist to accurately enter, maintain, and organize company information and records remotely.

* Accurately enter, update, and maintain company data, records, spreadsheets, and databases.

* Review information for accuracy, completeness, and correct errors or discrepancies.

* Process and organize production, inventory, purchasing, shipping, and administrative documents.

* Prepare basic reports and spreadsheets and retrieve information as needed.

* Maintain confidentiality and organized records while following company procedures.

* Work with other departments to support daily administrative and data-management needs.

Requirements

* High school diploma or GED preferred.

* Previous data entry, administrative, clerical, or office experience is a plus.

* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.

* Basic computer and Microsoft Office skills.

* Good typing and organizational skills.

* Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
