The TikTok Video

Hallie Aiono, the ex-girlfriend of Los Angeles Rams wide receiver Puka Nacua, posted a TikTok video on Monday in which she said she experienced "extreme betrayal, abuse, complete neglect" in a relationship. The California Post reports the video described what she said happened to her last year at the hands of Nacua. Aiono did not name Nacua in the clip, as Yahoo Sports noted, though her account referred to a four-year relationship.

"I went from loving somebody so deeply for four years, I felt it in my bones, to experiencing extreme betrayal, abuse, complete neglect from them, in what felt like it happened almost overnight," Aiono said.

She continued: "A lot of the things that were public affected my mental health. But honestly, the things that were happening in private are what completely crushed me and altered my brain chemistry. Those parts, what people never saw, or know of, are what broke me."

The video then spread widely, and Aiono deleted it from her own TikTok account. The California Post says it contacted Aiono, her legal team and Nacua's legal team for comment and received no response, so the reason for the deletion is not known. Copies remain posted on other social media accounts.

The Former Couple

Aiono and Nacua, who is 25, are no longer together. They share a son, Kingston, who was born in October 2025.

According to the California Post, Nacua had Aiono undergo a paternity test to confirm whether the child was his. The same report says both have accused each other of cheating while they were still together.

The Civil Lawsuit

Separately, a woman named Madison Atiabi has sued Nacua in a civil case. The California Post reports the suit alleges assault, battery, gender violence and negligence, and that Atiabi says Nacua bit her shoulder on New Year's Eve.

The California Post also reports that Nacua checked into rehab after Atiabi's allegations, and that the civil case could result in the National Football League suspending him. Yahoo Sports describes the lawsuit as an assault claim that Nacua is currently contesting.

Whether Nacua will be suspended for the Rams' regular season opener against the San Francisco 49ers next Thursday has not been decided, according to the California Post. Neither source reports a response from Nacua to Aiono's video.
