Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, as interactions, deliverables, and collaboration will occur in a fully remote setting. The project will benefit from your multidisciplinary insights, legal rigor, and commitment to quality. Scope of Work

* Contribute subject-matter expertise to evaluate and generate high-quality M&A legal content for AI system training.

* Review and analyze real-world M&A scenarios, contracts, and litigation cases to identify key legal principles and risk factors.

* Conduct comprehensive legal research spanning corporate law, M&A, and private equity matters.

* Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to provide nuanced legal perspectives and feedback.
