* Contribute subject-matter expertise to evaluate and generate high-quality M&A legal content for AI system training.

* Review and analyze real-world M&A scenarios, contracts, and litigation cases to identify key legal principles and risk factors.

* Conduct comprehensive legal research spanning corporate law, M&A, and private equity matters.

* Collaborate remotely with multidisciplinary teams to provide nuanced legal perspectives and feedback.

* Participate in quality assurance processes to help ensure the accuracy and reliability of AI-generated outputs.

* Draft, edit, and clarify complex legal concepts in accessible written and verbal formats.

* Support the continuous improvement of project deliverables by applying industry best practices and innovative thinking.
