* Proven track record as a B2B appointment setter with concrete results (meetings booked per week/month, show rates, or pipeline generated) - candidates should be able to speak to specific numbers

* Cold calling is the core of this role - must have substantial outbound phone experience and be comfortable dialing prospects cold, handling objections, and holding a confident phone presence all day

* Ability to build and source their own lead lists independently in Apollo (filtering by industry, geography, decision-maker title) rather than working from lists handed to them

* Run full top-of-funnel outreach: prospecting, initial contact, follow-up cadence, and booking one-on-one intro meetings for the owner

* Target property managers, warranty companies, and commercial business owners

* Book qualified virtual appointments for the business owner

* Persistent, organized follow-up across multiple touchpoints to convert cold prospects into booked meetings

Good to have:

* Consultative / emotional selling ability - reading the prospect and adapting the pitch

* Active listening to surface the customer's underlying need

* Track record thriving in a role with no existing playbook or manager oversight

* CRM familiarity for logging activity and tracking outreach

Non-negotiable Requirements:

* Cold calling experience - a demonstrated ability to run outbound calls and book meetings from a cold start

* Works fully independently - builds their own lists, sets their own prospecting rhythm, and self-manages without oversight

* Proven appointment-setting track record

Industry/Tools Experience:

* (list building, filtering, and outreach)

* Trades / home services businesses (HVAC or similar a strong plus)

* CRM familiarity (light - for tracking outreach and activity)
