In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. Scope of Work

* Leverage advanced sourcing strategies to identify qualified professionals across diverse platforms and talent pools.

* Screen and evaluate resumes to assess alignment with project-specific requirements.

* Facilitate structured interview processes and deliver actionable insights to improve selection outcomes.

* Research and analyze job markets to inform project decisions and optimize resource allocation.

* Utilize persuasive communication and consultative selling skills to engage with prospective contributors.

* Collaborate with stakeholders to refine project scopes and candidate profiles based on market trends.

* Document and communicate findings clearly through written reports and verbal presentations.

Preferred Qualifications

* 5+ years of demonstrated experience in talent acquisition, sourcing, and assessment.

* Expertise in resume screening, interviewing, and understanding dynamic job markets.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, with attention to detail and clarity.

* Strong consultative and sales-oriented mindset for engaging with professionals in the field.

* Experience working remotely and managing deliverables independently.

* Ability to adapt to changing project needs and provide strategic insights.

* Prior exposure to AI-driven projects or data-driven environments is a plus.
