Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities:

* Design, develop, test, and maintain robust web applications using NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA

* Collaborate closely with cross-functional team members to define and deliver technical solutions

* Optimize applications for maximum speed, scalability, and maintainability

* Participate in code reviews, architecture discussions, and provide mentorship to peers

* Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues efficiently

* Contribute to both backend and frontend feature development, ensuring high-quality user experiences

* Communicate complex technical concepts clearly in both written and verbal formats

Required Skills and Qualifications:

* 3+ years of proven experience as a Full-stack developer working with NodeJS, Typescript, Python, JavaScript, and JAVA

* Expertise in building and consuming RESTful APIs

* Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

* Excellent written and verbal communication skills

* Ability to work independently and as part of a distributed remote team

* Solid understanding of software development best practices and Agile methodologies

* Experience with version control systems such as Git

Preferred Qualifications:

* Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP)

* Experience working with microservices and containerization technologies
