The Role:

We are looking for a Senior Salesforce Developer with experience to join one of our fast-growing client teams. You will play a key role in building modern web applications, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and helping shape the future of user experiences across various platforms.

What we’re looking for:

* Minimum of 4 years of experience in Salesforce development.

* Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, data model, and security model.

* Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and SOQL.

* Proven experience developing custom Salesforce applications and integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.

* Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

* Familiarity with CI/CD tools and development lifecycle in Salesforce (SFDX, Git, DX CLI, etc.).

* Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (Developer II is a strong plus).

* Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to translate business requirements into scalable solutions.

* Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.

* Located in CET timezone (+/- 3 hours), we are unable to consider applications from candidates in other time zones.

Nice-to-have

* Experience with third-party Salesforce apps (e.g., Conga, DocuSign, CPQ, etc.).

* Familiarity with Salesforce DevOps tools like Copado or Gearset.

* Understanding of large-scale data migration, data quality, and deduplication strategies.

* Exposure to Agile/Scrum methodologies and tools like Jira or Asana.

* Knowledge of industry-specific Salesforce implementations (e.g., Financial Services Cloud, Health Cloud).

Responsibilities :

* Design and develop scalable Salesforce solutions that align with business requirements.

* Write clean, efficient, and well-documented Apex code and Lightning components.

* Build and maintain integrations with external systems using APIs and middleware.

* Customize Salesforce objects, fields, workflows, validation rules, and process automation.

* Optimize performance and ensure platform scalability and security.

* Collaborate with admins, analysts, architects, and stakeholders to deliver impactful features.

* Conduct code reviews and provide technical guidance to fellow developers.

* Stay current with Salesforce platform updates, releases, and best practices.

* Participate in technical planning, estimation, and solution design discussions.
