RESPONSIBILITIES

* Manager and retain a book of business by providing excellent customer service, a proactive renewal process, negotiating with underwriters, utilizing internal resources, and by collaborating with other internal teams.

* Manage day to day servicing to our clients, including issuing certificates, auto id cards, processing endorsement requests, policy checking, renewal pricing, billing issues, invoicing, and contract reviews.

* Address any deficiencies and anticipate client needs with a quick turnaround time.

* Confidently and accurately answer client situational questions with respect to insurance coverage and advise about uncovered exposures as applicable.

* Continuous, clear, and professional verbal and written communication with clients and carriers, including client-facing meetings to build strong relationships with clients.

* Responsible for learning, understanding, and adhering to our internal timelines, protocols, and workflows.

QUALIFICATIONS

* Bachelor’s Degree

* Active P&C License

* 3+ years of P&C experience.

* Experienced with Agency Management Systems, preferably Applied EPIC

* Highly comfortable with using various types of computer technology in a face-paced environment
