About the role We’re looking for a Senior User Acquisition Manager focused on the Google ecosystem (Search, Display, Demand Gen, and more) to lead and scale our mobile app . You’ll own and optimize performance across our mobile acquisition strategy, partnering closely with the product team.

Key Responsibilities

* Manage, scale, and optimize ad campaigns across Google Search, Demand Gen, Display.

* Drive performance across key KPIs : ROAS, CPA, Spend, CTR, and more.

* Own budgets and make data-driven budget allocation decisions.

* Develop and test hypotheses to improve user acquisition across the funnel..

* Research competitors’ acquisition strategies, creatives, and channels.

* Participate in creative brainstorming to continuously push performance forward.

Qualifications

* 2+ year experience in performance marketing / user acquisition on Google.

* Experience managing $500K+ monthly budgets.

* Deep knowledge of key performance metrics: CPM, CTR, CPC, CPA, ROAS, LTV, CAC, Churn, Retention.

* Strong experience with web funnels & mobile acquisition strategies.

* Familiarity with analytics platforms like Mixpanel , Tableau, Omni, AppsFlyer .

* Strong analytical mindset and structured problem-solving skills.

* Ability to generate and validate creative hypotheses.

* Intermediate English proficiency or higher.

Nice to have

* Experience with platforms like Meta, Snap, TikTok or others.

* Hands-on experience with Google UAC for app install campaigns.

* B2C Subscription apps
