Required Skills and Qualifications:

* Minimum 1 year of experience in full-cycle recruitment, ideally within a startup environment.

* Strong sourcing techniques and familiarity with a variety of recruitment platforms and tools.

* Proven ability to manage recruitment pipelines and multiple requisitions simultaneously.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with attention to detail.

* Ability to work independently and self-manage effectively in a remote setting.

* Strong organizational and time management abilities.
