Role Title: BigLaw lawyers (Litigation/Corporate/M&A) Role Type: Contractor Location: Remote micro1 is engaging lawyers to contribute their subject-matter expertise in support of a customer's project. In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. This opportunity is tailored for legal professionals with mandatory experience working at one or more Vault Law 100 firms . We are seeking candidates with top-tier legal training and exposure to sophisticated, high-stakes legal matters who are interested in applying their expertise in a collaborative, technology-driven environment. Scope of Work

* Conduct comprehensive legal analysis on a variety of US law topics, providing nuanced insights and guidance.

* Perform in-depth legal research to support project objectives and ensure current, accurate information is utilized.

* Draft, review, and edit legal content, including memoranda, opinions, contracts, and other relevant documents.

* Assess and provide structured feedback on legal texts for clarity, accuracy, and alignment with best practices.

* Participate in remote, multidisciplinary collaboration to refine project deliverables and address complex legal scenarios.

* Contribute to content quality assurance by spotting errors, inconsistencies, or ambiguities in legal materials.

* Apply meticulous attention to detail to maintain exceptionally high standards in all submissions.

Preferred Qualifications

* Active license to practice law with strong academic credentials.

* Current or prior experience at a top-tier US law firm, with exposure to varied practice areas.

* Proven abilities in legal analysis, research, and drafting across a range of legal subjects.

* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with demonstrated experience in legal content review.

* Track record of successful remote collaboration and participation in multidisciplinary projects.

* Experience with quality assurance and rubric-based evaluation of legal documents is a plus.
