We are seeking an experienced SAP FICO Lead to lead finance transformation projects and manage SAP FICO implementations across business units. Requirements

* Lead end-to-end SAP FICO implementations and upgrades

* Manage and mentor FICO team members

* Design and optimize financial processes

* Act as the key point of contact for finance stakeholders

* Ensure smooth integration with MM, SD, PS, and other modules

* Oversee UAT, cutover, and go-live activities

* Deep expertise in SAP FI and CO modules

* Strong leadership and project management skills

* Experience with large-scale SAP implementations

* Excellent communication and decision-making abilities
