The Silver Star request window
Ticketmaster opened a request window for low-cost Silver Star tickets to Olivia Rodrigo's "The Unraveled Tour" on Tuesday, Sept. 1 at 3 p.m. ET, or 12 p.m. PT. The window closes on Wednesday, Sept. 2 at 11:59 p.m. ET.
The two publications covering the launch describe the price differently. Syracuse.com reports the tickets cost $25 each. NJ.com reports they cost $20 plus a $5 service fee per ticket.
Fans go to Rodrigo's Ticketmaster tour page, pick a show, select the Silver Star option and submit a request for two tickets, then enter payment details. NJ.com says fans can make up to two requests, one for each date they want, chosen in order of preference, so that if the first date is unavailable Ticketmaster can allocate the second.
What a request does and does not guarantee
Submitting a request does not guarantee tickets. Ticketmaster reviews the requests and notifies the fans it selects.
According to Syracuse.com, Ticketmaster says fans will receive an email on or before Wednesday, Sept. 9 if their request has been fulfilled. Selected fans will have the payment method they registered charged, and Ticketmaster will send further instructions.
Fans whose requests cannot be fulfilled will not receive a separate email. The tradeoff with Silver Star is that Ticketmaster chooses the seats rather than the buyer.
Tour dates and resale prices
"The Unraveled Tour" opens on Friday, Sept. 25, 2026 in Hartford, Connecticut. NJ.com reports the final North American show is on Sunday, Feb. 28, 2027 at Barclays Center in Brooklyn, New York, and that the tour wraps on May 10, 2027 at the O2 in London. The dates span North America and Europe.
NJ.com lists Rodrigo's special guests as Devon Again, Die Spitz, Grace Ives, The Last Dinner Party and Wolf, though the source text is cut off at that point.
On the secondary market, NJ.com reported tickets starting at $228, the lowest price it found, on Viagogo for the Pittsburgh show on Sept. 29. For the Brooklyn show on Monday, Feb. 15, 2027, it put the cheapest at $262. Syracuse.com notes resale prices for many shows run into the triple and sometimes quadruple digits, and lists Vivid Seats, SeatGeek, StubHub and TicketNetwork as places with remaining seats. Both outlets say they may receive compensation from links in their coverage.
The sources do not say how many Silver Star tickets are available, how Ticketmaster selects recipients, or which dates are included in the program.
