You’re comfortable working in fast-paced, high-performance environments and enjoy experimenting with new approaches, tools, and ideas - without losing consistency or quality. You’re a great fit if you:

* Have experience in iGaming / Gambling (Crypto/Fintech background is a strong plus)

* Have a strong portfolio that shows brand thinking, consistency, and high-quality execution

* Work confidently with Adobe Creative Suite and Figma

* Use AI tools as part of your design workflow (idea exploration, iteration, scaling assets)

* Have a strong sense of aesthetics, typography, composition, and visual hierarchy

* Understand how to build and evolve brands without breaking their core identity

* Enjoy experimenting, testing ideas, and pushing creative boundaries

* Have a sharp eye for detail and care about polish

You will:

* Engineer, launch, and optimise digital campaigns in one of the most exciting, challenging, and demanding industries out there

* Design top-to-bottom marketing funnels
