Currently, we are seeking a skilled Game Producer to join our dynamic team and drive the success of our projects.

Your Role:

* Lead the end-to-end production of games, from concept ideation to release and ongoing development;

* Lead and guide the game development team;

* Creating gaming products and developing strategies for their growth;

* Identifying and implementing ways to improve product economics and monetization;

* Launching A/B tests and conducting experiments to validate hypotheses;

* Collaborating closely with product analytics and metrics;

* Conducting market research and seeking ideas to enhance existing gameplay;

* Foster strong collaboration between development, design, and marketing teams to achieve project goals.

What makes you a perfect fit?

* 5+ years of experience in game development;

* Strong portfolio showcasing successful game projects developed from concept to release;

* Excellent team management skills;

* Deep understanding of gaming metrics, LiveOps, and effective monetization strategies;

* Proficient in core game mechanics, user retention techniques, and player psychology.
