Data Engineer We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Data Engineer to join our team. We are looking for a consultant proficient in Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Python to optimize and manage our data processes. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology and will be crucial in the design and implementation of data architectures, database systems, and processing systems. You'll use your expertise to drive the functionality of our client’s data systems and deliver actionable business insights. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment, and who is eager to take full ownership of their role. Responsibilities

* Develop, construct, test, and maintain data architectures, database systems, and processing systems;

* Leverage GCP and BigQuery to optimize data retrieval and improve data delivery speed;

* Identify, design, and implement internal process improvements such as automating manual processes, optimizing data delivery, and re-designing infrastructure for greater scalability;

* Collaborate with stakeholders and data users to understand and implement business requirements;

* Work with data and analytics experts to strive for greater functionality in our data systems;

* Create and maintain optimal data pipeline architecture;

* Build analytics tools that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insights into customer acquisition, operational efficiency, and other key business performance metrics.

Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

* Proven experience as a Data Engineer, Data Scientist, or a similar role in data management;

* Proficiency with Google Cloud Platform (GCP), BigQuery, and Python is essential;

* Familiarity with other cloud services and data warehousing solutions is a plus;

* Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, including data modelling and optimization;

* Experience with data pipeline and workflow management tools;

* Experience with Vertex AI

* Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy;

* Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure;

* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into understandable terms;

* Complete alignment with Dura Digital ’s company values;

* Fluency in English and Spanish is required.
