Job Responsibilities Creators are becoming one of the most powerful growth engines in commerce. As a Creator Partnership Specialist , you'll identify, recruit, negotiate, and grow relationships with high-performing creators that directly impact revenue across our brands. This isn't a coordination role. It's a high-performance commercial position for someone who loves building relationships, closing partnerships, testing new acquisition strategies, and scaling creator programs through technology and AI.

* Source, identify, and recruit high-performing creators and affiliates, with a strong focus on VIP creators across TikTok Shop and emerging social commerce platforms.

* Own the full creator partnership lifecycle, from outreach and relationship building to negotiation, contracting, onboarding, and long-term account growth.

* Negotiate commission structures, commercial agreements, payment terms, and content usage rights that maximize value for both creators and the business.

* Build trusted, long-term relationships with top creators while helping them increase sales performance and engagement with our brands.

* Execute high-volume, multi-channel outbound outreach across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, email, and other acquisition channels.

* Continuously optimize outreach strategies by testing messaging, channels, timing, and automation workflows.

* Partner closely with Growth, Community, Marketing, Legal, and Operations teams to deliver a seamless creator experience.

* Maintain accurate CRM records, contracts, partnership status, creator performance, and commercial terms.

* Leverage AI tools and automation to scale creator acquisition and improve operational efficiency.

* Analyze creator performance and identify opportunities to improve activation, retention, and revenue generation.

Requirements

* 2+ years of experience in Creator Partnerships, Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Talent Management, or similar partnership roles.

* Proven experience sourcing, prospecting, negotiating, and closing creator or influencer partnerships.

* Experience managing the complete partnership lifecycle, including negotiations, contracts, renewals, payment structures, and usage rights.

* Strong outbound prospecting skills with a proactive hunter mentality.

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

* Experience working with CRM platforms to manage partnership pipelines and performance.

* Strong analytical mindset with the ability to measure outreach effectiveness and commercial impact.

* Fluent English plus Spanish or Portuguese.

* Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth, performance-driven environments.

* Experience using AI tools and workflow automation to improve productivity is a strong advantage.

Nice to Have

* Experience with TikTok Shop, Creator Marketplace, Seller Center, or affiliate commerce platforms.

* Experience managing Live Shopping or Social Commerce creators.

* Background in DTC eCommerce, particularly apparel, beauty, wellness, or consumer brands.

* Experience with outreach automation and AI-powered prospecting tools.

* Understanding of affiliate commission models, creator economics, and social commerce ecosystems.
