About the Role

We're looking for a Customer Enablement Architect to connect learning solutions with real business outcomes across customer accounts in a data and AI platform environment. This engagement reports into a regional customer success team and focuses on supporting customers across a defined set of markets, with an emphasis on identifying skill gaps, aligning learning programs to business objectives, and helping customers build the knowledge and confidence needed to realize platform value. This isn't a training-delivery role - you'll position certification and enablement programs as a strategic investment, diagnose customer skill gaps, and build tailored roadmaps that drive platform adoption, retention, and expansion. Experience with agile product management is a notable plus, given how enablement roadmaps here are built and iterated in close partnership with product and solution teams. If you can speak fluently to both learning strategy and business impact, this role gives you real influence over customer outcomes.

What You'll Do

* Connect learning solutions with measurable business outcomes for customer accounts

* Work closely with account executives, engagement managers, and solution architects to align enablement with account strategy

* Position training and certification programs as a strategic customer investment, not a checkbox exercise

* Diagnose customer skill gaps across data and AI initiatives

* Build tailored enablement roadmaps for customer teams based on identified gaps and business goals

* Support customers in realizing full platform value through targeted learning interventions

* Help drive customer retention, expansion, and revenue growth through strategic enablement

What You Bring

* Experience in customer enablement, learning strategy, or enablement architecture

* Proven ability to connect learning programs to measurable business outcomes

* Experience collaborating with account executives, engagement managers, and solution architects

* Strong background in customer-facing enablement within data, AI, or platform-based environments

* Experience diagnosing skill gaps and building tailored enablement roadmaps

* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Nice to Have

* Experience with agile product management practices, particularly iterative roadmap development in partnership with product or solution teams

* Experience supporting customers across multiple regional markets

* Familiarity with certification or learning platform tooling
