Job Title: AAA Gameplay Data Capture Specialist Job Type: Contract {Pay Per Task Model} Location: Remote Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required - your domain knowledge is what matters. Key Responsibilities

* Play a range of top-tier AAA games to systematically capture gameplay data using in-house tools.

* Record, organize, and annotate game sessions with keen attention to accuracy and detail.

* Collaborate closely with fellow experts and team leads, providing clear feedback and updates.

* Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to recording and data capture workflows.

* Ensure all data files are securely stored, cataloged, and transferred according to project guidelines.

* Maintain regular, timely communication in both written and verbal formats with the customer's remote team.

* Meet project deadlines, maintaining flexibility to adapt to evolving requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven passion and experience with AAA games, with access to the specific titles required for the project.

* Strong gameplay proficiency and ability to follow capture instructions precisely.

* Excellent verbal and written communication-clear, prompt, and detail-oriented.

* Well-equipped computer capable of running and recording high-end AAA games without performance issues.

* Experience using gameplay recording or data capture tools (industry or proprietary experience is a plus).

* Self-motivated, disciplined, and reliable in a remote work environment.

* Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in fast-paced or changing scenarios.

* Mandatory Requirement: You must own a high-end gaming PC that can run the latest AAA games at high resolutions smoothly.

Preferred Qualifications

* Previous experience in gameplay QA, playtesting, or data capture roles.

* Familiarity with video editing or data annotation tools.

* Experience working with geographically distributed teams.
