Workflow Magic specializes in monday.com implementation services , helping businesses optimize workflows and maximize productivity. We’re seeking a Solutions Architect to design, build, and enhance client workflows, acting as a trusted adviser and ensuring their success with monday.com. Key Responsibilities

* Workflow Design: Build and optimize 5-10 monday.com client workflows weekly, addressing inefficiencies and enhancing processes.

* Client Management: Serve as the main contact, maintaining detailed notes and ensuring client satisfaction.

* Technical Expertise: Research best practices, implement integrations/automations, and troubleshoot technical issues.

* Customer Training: Provide expert guidance on monday.com features via email, video calls, and meetings.

* Process Improvement: Collaborate with clients to refine procedures and achieve operational efficiency.

Qualifications Required:

* 3+ years in a Project Manager or Solutions Architect role.

* 1+ year of hands-on experience with monday.com.

* Experience in startups, with process development and team building.

* Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.

Preferred:
