We are seeking a proactive and organized Healthcare Compliance Clerk to join our team. In this role, you will ensure that our processes, and services comply with company policies and regulatory requirements. This role requires excellent communication skills, advanced proficiency in English , and a strong background in data management and process documentation or similar roles. As a Healthcare Compliance Clerk , you will handle various operational tasks including process documentation, analyzing data for quality assurance procedures, and resolving any arising issues.

Main responsibilities:

* System Monitoring: Review daily EVV dashboards to flag exceptions, missed punches, or out-of-range GPS alerts.

* Discrepancy Resolution: Reach out to caregivers and field staff to correct missed data points and document valid reason codes.

* Timesheet Reconciliation: Cross-reference EVV system logs with caregiver timesheets to ensure 100% data alignment before payroll and billing extraction.

* Audit Readiness: Maintain clean, timestamped compliance records to protect the agency during state or Medicaid reviews.

Requirements Technical Knowledge & Skills Required:

* Advanced English Knowledge: advanced, or professional.

* Experience in healthcare compliance or homecare EVV.

* Knowledge of EHR system and HIPAA regulations. (WELLSKY IS A PLUS)

* Proficiency in EVV tools, billing tools, statistical analysis, and reporting software .

* Excellent problem-solving skills with strong attention to detail.

* Strong communication and collaboration skills.

* Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
