About this job: Join a global enterprise transformation where you'll define the architecture behind business-critical Salesforce solutions used across multiple business functions. You'll own architectural decisions, establish engineering standards, and help shape the future Salesforce landscape while working alongside architects, engineers, and business leaders. This is an opportunity to influence strategy-not just implementation. Location: Europe (LATAM candidates may also be considered if able to work within CET hours) What you'll do :

* Own end-to-end application architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and Salesforce Data Cloud;

* Define scalable data models, security, governance, and application architecture standards;

* Design enterprise integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and external platforms;

* Lead the adoption of Salesforce Data Cloud, including identity resolution, unified customer profiles, segmentation, and activation;

* Create architecture roadmaps, solution designs, and technical documentation;

* Lead architecture reviews, technical workshops, and proof-of-concept initiatives;

* Mentor engineering teams and promote development best practices across Apex, LWC, Flows, and declarative solutions;

* Evaluate new Salesforce capabilities and drive continuous platform evolution.

What you'll bring :

* Experience as a Salesforce Application Architect, Solution Architect, or Technical Architect;

* Experience with Salesforce Consumer Goods Cloud or Retail Cloud, or commercial experience in the consumer goods or retail industry;

* Strong expertise across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud;

* Hands-on architecture experience with Salesforce Data Cloud;

* Strong knowledge of Apex, LWC, Flows, APIs, security, and enterprise architecture principles;

* Experience designing integrations with SAP and other enterprise platforms;

* Ability to communicate architectural decisions to both technical and business stakeholders;

* Professional English.

You are a star if you have:

* Salesforce Application Architect or System Architect certification;

* Consumer Goods Cloud (CGC) experience;

* MuleSoft or other enterprise integration platforms;

* Experience in large-scale global transformation programs.
