Your Role:

Think Academy U.S. is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Remote Early Childhood Math Instructor to work with students from Preschool to Kindergarten. Instructors will be expected to have a deep understanding of math concepts, design lessons according to our curriculum, deliver engaging and age-appropriate math classes, and maintain regular communication with students and their parents.

Responsibilities:

- Deliver online math classes to students on a weekly basis (10-20 classes = approximately 10-20 hours/week) * Class assignments and teaching hours will vary based on your readiness for lesson preparation and student satisfaction - Participate in assistant roles by attending classes and learning from experienced lead teachers’ teaching methods - Conduct trial lessons with new students to assist in their class placement (5-10 hours/week) - Grade homework and communicate with parents weekly to provide updates on students’ learning progress and areas for improvement (3-5 hours/week) - Undertake other tasks assigned by the teaching management team

Working Hours:

- Approximately 2:00pm-8:00pm, Thursdays to Sundays (Weekend Availability Required) * Flexibility is encouraged for non-teaching hours; class schedules take precedence!

Qualifications We Seek:

- Bachelor’s degree or higher; all disciplines are welcome, though Education or STEM-related majors are preferred - Prior math teaching experience is advantageous - High-energy, enthusiastic, and charismatic, with the ability to engage and inspire young children effectively - Availability and willingness to work full-time from Tuesday to Sunday, starting in April 2026 - Passionate about teaching, responsible, and eager to work with children - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially with parents - Stable computer, reliable internet, and timely communication skills
