Day to day, the work looks like this:

- Put realistic small business situations and operating problems in front of the model - Review what it says about budgeting, pricing, marketing strategy, hiring calls, vendor management, customer communications, and basic compliance questions - Judge whether its answers would actually work given how Very Small Businesses really run - Record error traces others can reproduce - Give structured feedback that sharpens prompts, evaluation criteria, and real-world usefulness

You may also flag spots where the model flattens a trade-off or misses the resource limits that shape VSB environments.

What we look for:

- Having owned or co-owned a small business yourself is a strong plus - Hands-on work in operations, finances, marketing, staffing, or growth strategy counts for a lot - Both brand-new owners and long-time entrepreneurs are welcome to apply - Talking clearly about your own thinking matters most: spelling out how you reach a decision in a real business, and why
