Tasks

* Own and deliver the department's core 0-to-1 projects in frontier fields such as AI.

* Turn broad strategy into practical delivery roadmaps, moving fast from prototype through to production.

* Design solutions that scale and hit the milestones that set the department up for fast growth, with a possible spin-off that could bring in institutional investors.

Requirements

* Your base is in Europe or the Americas, or you are willing to relocate or work out a remote setup.

* High-agency builder mentality, demonstrated expertise in your field, and appetite for total end-to-end ownership.

* Strong spoken and written English.
