About the Position AI-generated content is increasingly shaping social, creator, and product marketing. Models are rapidly advancing, new formats are opening up new creative possibilities, and audiences now expect a level of quality that traditional methods cannot match. We are currently producing content that reaches millions of people monthly, but we are in a rapidly expanding market, and we have only begun to explore the potential of ElevenLabs' creative tools. We are seeking an AI Creative Producer to join our Creator Growth team and help scale our content production. Your role will be to define the standards for outstanding AI-generated content, from cinematic visuals and short films to social assets that inspire millions of creators. You will prototype workflows, test models, and push the creative boundaries of ElevenLabs' AI tools. You will work closely with our social and growth teams to produce content that raises awareness, teaches creators about new possibilities, and showcases the future of AI-powered storytelling. Requirements We are looking for a uniquely creative and technically skilled individual who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and generative media. You will excel in this role if you:

- Have extensive experience in prompting image, video, and audio models, with a strong portfolio of examples. - Possess a discerning design eye and can differentiate between good and great creative. - Can craft compelling stories and communicate visually. - Understand how content discovery works on platforms like YouTube, Instagram, and X. - Move swiftly and independently, with a strong sense of creativity. - Have experience collaborating with visual or social media teams. - Experience using tools like Premiere Pro for editing.

Responsibilities

- Create top-tier AI-generated visuals and videos using ElevenLabs. - Develop a wide range of examples for our explore page. - Write, refine, and document prompts for cinematic, realistic, and stylized outputs. - Create prompt guides and workflows to aid others in replicating and learning from your results. - Collaborate with the social team to educate users and inspire the community. - Develop repeatable AI content workflows and help package them for public use. - Produce growth-oriented, social-first assets such as teasers, comparisons, and educational clips. - Test ElevenLabs tools and contribute structured feedback to the product team.

Location This position is remote and can be performed from anywhere in Europe. If you prefer, you can work from our offices in Bangalore, Dublin, London, and Warsaw.
