Hotel Spend Management Consultant (Remote) Full-time role open in the United States, Netherlands, and the United Kingdom

As a member of the Hotel Spend Management team, you will collaborate with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to design and refine strategic hotel programs. You'll leverage data-driven insights, innovative sourcing strategies, and ongoing performance management to help clients optimize their programs and unlock new savings opportunities.

To excel in this role, you must adeptly manage multiple stakeholders, projects, and deadlines. You should possess strong organizational and communication skills, advanced proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Word, and the ability to translate complex data into actionable, clear recommendations that drive meaningful improvements for clients.

In this role, you will

- Facilitate effective communication and documentation to ensure successful project delivery - Support project activities, such as rate analysis, bid evaluations, supplier interactions, project tracking, and client-generated reports, while collaborating closely with internal teams, suppliers, and clients - Analyze and interpret travel and hotel program data using proprietary and third-party tools to identify trends, savings opportunities, and operational efficiencies, and present findings in actionable recommendations - Create comprehensive reports, presentations, and other client-facing materials that convey complex data and insights effectively, maintaining high standards for accuracy, visual quality, and overall presentation readiness - Participate in initiatives aimed at process improvement and product enhancement, which support internal operations and enhance the client experience

Your experience should include

- Work experience in client-facing consulting, customer success, on-property hotel operations, or sales, hotel program management, travel supplier roles, or corporate travel - Experience with hotel sourcing, procurement, sales, travel program data, industry pricing, or supplier discount programs - Expertise in visualization tools or presentation software beyond Microsoft Office - Strong organizational, time management, and project management skills, capable of handling multiple stakeholders, priorities, and deadlines while delivering high-quality results - Excellent verbal, visual, and written communication skills, enabling you to present complex ideas and challenging messages to internal and external stakeholders at all levels - Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to interpret data, translate insights into actionable recommendations, and communicate findings effectively through Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word - High emotional intelligence, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to build relationships across diverse, cross-functional, and global teams - A proactive, consultative approach with a passion for continuous learning and staying informed about industry trends and emerging technologies that enhance client outcomes

The salary range for this position is as follows:

- Netherlands: 56,000 - 62,800 EUR - United States: 72,000 - 87,000 USD

The final salary will be determined based on your qualifications, experience, and location.
