Scope of Work

- Scrutinize and dissect intricate corporate documents, contracts, and deal frameworks related to mergers & acquisitions, private equity, and capital markets. - Offer precise, detailed insights on complex legal scenarios to guide AI model training. - Examine commercial litigation materials, pinpointing key legal principles and procedural specifics. - Provide authoritative feedback on legal reasoning, issue identification, and drafting techniques as part of the project outcomes. - Contribute to the development and improvement of legal datasets by annotating, categorizing, and elucidating critical legal issues. - Maintain high standards of accuracy, clarity, and compliance with US legal practices in all work. - Work asynchronously with project managers and internal reviewers to align on evaluation criteria and quality benchmarks.

Preferred Qualifications

- Current or recent (within the past 3 years) licensure to practice law in the United States. - Recent experience at a top-tier BigLaw firm, concentrating on corporate law, mergers & acquisitions, private equity, or capital markets. - Proven proficiency in commercial litigation and high-value transactional matters. - Exceptional attention to detail in the examination and interpretation of legal documents. - Background in drafting, reviewing, and negotiating complex legal agreements. - Strong written communication skills, enabling clear and concise explanations of legal concepts to various audiences. - Prior involvement in legal data annotation or rubric-based reviews is advantageous but not mandatory.
