* Creative Strategist with 3+ years experience writing scripts and shot lists for performance video ads on Meta

* Proven track record scaling 8-9 figure DTC brands with UGC-style creatives

Qualifications

* 3+ years writing performance video ads for Meta

* Portfolio of UGC/performance ads that scaled DTC brands

* Understanding of how to analyze Meta performance data

* Strong grasp of rapid iteration, testing, and data-informed decisions

* Experience collaborating with editors and providing them with clear feedback to bring your vision to life
