micro1 is seeking Data Entry Specialists to assist in a pioneering AI benchmarking project for a client. You will leverage your skills to contribute to the training of advanced AI systems. Your work will influence how these models learn, reason, and perform through meticulously crafted, real-world datasets. No prior AI experience is necessary; your domain expertise is what we need.

Responsibilities

- Develop and create high-standard evaluation tasks that mirror real-world data entry and validation challenges for AI systems. - Compile and organize extensive, intricate datasets, including CSVs, PDFs, spreadsheets, and technical documents that contain realistic errors such as malformed records, missing data, and inconsistent formats. - Specify the accurate final state for each task, detailing the exact error scenarios and reconciliation demands that an AI must tackle. - Craft detailed grading criteria (35+ criteria) for evaluating AI agent outputs, focusing on both accuracy and completeness in error detection. - Ensure that all created tasks reflect the authentic complexity and standards of highly regulated or audit-sensitive environments. - Work asynchronously, communicating precisely through written and verbal means to refine and iterate evaluation materials.

Preferred Qualifications

- Substantial experience in data entry, quality assurance, or data validation within regulated or audit-sensitive sectors such as healthcare, finance, or legal operations. - Proven ability to achieve and document high accuracy standards, with measurable error rates and outcomes. - Strong proficiency in identifying and analyzing data inconsistencies, silent truncations, and formatting irregularities across various file types. - Clear and effective written communication skills in English, essential for drafting complex evaluation tasks and comprehensive grading criteria. - High attention to detail and a disciplined, process-oriented work ethic. - Prior experience contributing to projects with significant stakes for compliance, accuracy, or data integrity is highly valued. - Comfort with working independently and communicating proactively in a remote, distributed project setting.

Compensation

Compensation is based on output, with experts being paid for tasks that meet project specifications. The time needed to complete work may vary depending on the expert's experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply. Experts must commit to submitting a minimum number of tasks per week.

Timeline and Availability

We aim to fill roles within 48 hours and are looking for specialists ready to start immediately. If selected, we expect you to begin your first tasks within 24-48 hours of completing onboarding.
