micro1 is seeking Humanities Content Developers to join an exciting AI project for a client. Your role will involve creating high-quality, complex questions and answers to help train advanced AI models. Your domain expertise will guide the development of these models, focusing on their ability to interpret, argue, and reason within the humanities. No prior AI experience is necessary; your deep knowledge of the humanities is what we need.

Responsibilities

- Create original, challenging question-and-answer pairs that test AI models on their interpretive, argumentative, contextual, and analytical reasoning skills. - Conduct thorough research and verify information to ensure accurate answers and reasoning, drawing from primary sources and credible references. - Design prompts that require deep analytical or interpretive insight, going beyond surface-level recall. - Test questions against AI models, refine them to increase difficulty and clarity, and ensure accuracy. - Write with precision, crafting clear and unambiguous questions and well-supported answers. - Incorporate reviewer feedback to improve submissions and ensure alignment with project guidelines and quality standards.

Desired Qualifications

- Advanced academic credentials or professional experience in humanities fields such as history, literature, philosophy, linguistics, classics, art history, or journalism. - Exceptional analytical writing, close-reading, and question formulation skills. - Demonstrated attention to detail and the ability to clearly document reasoning and sources. - Experience crafting complex, nuanced questions that delve into deeper understanding beyond simple facts. - Self-motivated and reliable, capable of managing tasks independently in a remote setting. - Familiarity with AI model evaluation or training is beneficial but not mandatory.

Compensation

Compensation is determined by the number of tasks completed that meet project specifications. The time needed to complete work varies based on the developer's experience and workflow. Minimum submission requirements apply, and developers must commit to a minimum number of tasks per week.
