Mission and Role:

* Guide the company's information security strategy as the Information Security Officer for FinTech.

* Oversee the implementation and maintenance of security standards such as ISO 27001, SOCv2, and DORA.

* Coordinate company-wide security activities to align with the cyber security strategy.

* Serve as a liaison between the Security team, management, and technical teams.

* Support security governance processes, including the development and enforcement of policies, procedures, risk assessments, control implementation, and the collection of audit evidence.

* Facilitate security audits, assessments, remediation activities, and certification projects with internal stakeholders.

* Monitor and report on security risks, gaps, action items, and remediation progress.

* Communicate security requirements effectively to the business, product, IT, engineering, and infrastructure teams.

* Assist in incident, vulnerability, access management, and compliance-related processes that require company-level coordination.

* Utilize GRC tools like Vanta or Drata to automate the risk assessment process, assess controls, and manage third-party vendors.

* Provide regular status updates, reports, and escalations to security leadership.

Requirements:

* At least 3 years of experience in Information Security, IT Security, GRC, Compliance, or Risk Management.

* Experience with the implementation, maintenance, or audit support of information security standards and frameworks, such as ISO 27001, SOCv2, and DORA.

* Knowledge of information security governance, risk management, policies, procedures, controls, and audit evidence collection.

* Strong coordination skills to manage security activities across technical and business teams.

* Experience working with internal stakeholders, auditors, IT, engineering, infrastructure, product, and compliance teams.

* Excellent communication skills to articulate security requirements in both business and technical terms.

* Familiarity with GRC tools like Vanta, Drata, etc.

* Proficient English for written communication, documentation, and audit-related activities.

* Certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or ISO27001 Lead Implementer are preferred.
