* Communicate directly with clients via email, Google Meet, and Loom updates

* Lead and participate in client calls with confidence and clarity

* Translate business processes into effective boards, automations, and dashboards

* Continuously improve existing systems as client needs evolve

* Troubleshoot issues calmly and professionally

* Address client questions and concerns with confidence and ownership

* Create Loom videos to explain changes, decisions, and system logic

- Document work clearly and consistently

* Collaborate closely with internal teammates and implementation leads

Good to have:

* Experience implementing or supporting tools like HubSpot, GoHighLevel, Salesforce, or similar CRMs

* Background in operations, process improvement, or systems design

* Familiarity with automations, integrations, or light development work

* Demonstrated ability to understand, manage, and optimize complex systems over time

* Strong problem solving skills with consistent use of logic and pattern recognition

* High standard for organization, accuracy, and well structured workflows

* Strong strategic thinking skills and comfort working within systems driven environments
