Trading Product Lead Role at TradeFill We are developing a trading product from the ground up and seek a Product Lead who combines active trading experience with a strong background in product management. Key Responsibilities Product Strategy

- Contribute to and lead the end-to-end product vision - Clearly communicate the vision to stakeholders and cross-functional teams - Develop a prioritized product roadmap - Create a billing model aligned with revenue and profitability goals

Product Prototyping and Discovery

- Lead product ideation and prototyping, channeling this into discovery sessions - Conduct customer development activities, including direct trader interactions - Perform market research and competitive analysis

Product Development

- Define and scope features for development - Manage the development process using Agile methodologies - Conduct proactive risk management and troubleshooting

UI/UX

- Design AI-driven prototypes, mockups, and wireframes - Work with a product designer to implement current UI/UX best practices - Enhance product UX to boost conversion and retention

Product Analytics

- Continuously monitor and improve key metrics such as MRR, CAC, LTV, churn, and NPS - Perform ad-hoc analysis of web and product metrics using data from the product database to validate decisions - Make data-driven decisions in collaboration with the data analytics team

Required Skills Product Management

- At least 5 years of experience in Product Management - Hands-on experience with SaaS products, both B2C and B2B - Proven ability to own and communicate the end-to-end product vision - Experience with PDM frameworks, product analytics, and product design tools - Independent experience in customer development and market research

Trading Experience

- Active trading experience in any market, including futures, stocks, crypto, forex, or similar - Experience in day trading, scalping, and/or swing trading

Technical Background & Tools

- Understanding of high-level architecture, capable of working directly with engineers - Proficiency in AI, using it actively in research, prototyping, analysis, and decision-making - Comfortable with data independently, with proficiency in SQL or equivalent for running ad-hoc product analysis - Proficiency with design and prototyping tools - General software literacy, comfortable with technical tools, dashboards, and developer workflows
