* Configure SAP OTC processes including order management, delivery, billing, and returns

* Integrate OTC with FICO, MM, and logistics modules

* Analyze business requirements and optimize OTC workflows

* Support UAT, cutover, and go-live

* Provide post-implementation support

* Strong experience in SAP OTC processes

* Deep understanding of end-to-end sales cycles

* Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
