Key Responsibilities

- Assist the Placement Manager in overseeing daily operations and team growth. - Help in the analysis of market trends to spot new opportunities and potential risks. - Work with the sales team to comprehend client requirements and ensure suitable placements. - Use Caffeine software to monitor and prioritize business opportunities. - Develop and maintain relationships with insurance providers. - Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of business submissions to insurers. - Offer guidance and mentorship to Placement Executives and Associates. - Contribute to the evaluation of carrier performance and provide feedback.

Qualifications

- A bachelor’s degree is desirable. - At least 5 years of experience as a Property & Casualty Broker. - Possession of a current P&C Producer License is mandatory.

Skill & Competencies

- Prior experience with systems like Epic or another Agency Management System is preferred. - A background in property and casualty insurance is beneficial. - Proficiency in various technologies in a dynamic environment, with strong Excel skills. - Strong verbal and written communication abilities in English. - A collaborative team player. - Adaptability to a fast-paced, innovative environment. - A meticulous eye for detail, ensuring accuracy in work. - The ability to manage numerous, concurrent deadlines. - An investigative mindset. - Demonstrates core values: Work Ethic, Passion, Caring, Effectivity, Humility.
